• Customers of Indian nationality who prefer Indian food should check in at TERMINAL21 RAMA 3.
• Not applicable on Loy Krathong, Valentine's, New Year, or Christmas Eve. Surcharges will be applied.

• Follow signs directing you to the Chao Phraya Princess Cruise check-in counter from the entrance of the River City shopping complex. Take the BTS to SAPHAN TAKSIN (S6) Station Exit 3, then get a taxi to River City Pier (approx. THB 50).
• Starting from 1st June 2024 Indian tourists who select our Indian Buffet program will board at the Terminal 21 pier at Rama 3. 

Confirmation:

• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of booking time. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.
  • Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any auto pre-paid booking is automatically confirmed when paying through our payment gateway system.
  • Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are nonrefundable and automatically confirmed.
  • Pay later booking: Any booking where you have selected to pay later is not confirmed unless you provide us with your room number and hotel check-in information.
• Our pick-up time and guide numbers for tours will be confirmed by our customer service representative 12 hours before the tour date (in the case of Join Tours).
• For All Private Tours, all pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email.
• Please send us your room number and local number, if any, to rsvn@sunleisrueworld.com along with your booking confirmation number.

Additional Information:

• Our tours are available almost every day. In case of any urgency or cancellation, we will inform you at least 12 hours before the tour time.
• Our Customer Service Representative may suggest another day or refund your money immediately.
